B-25 Mitchell Old Glory - Relic Plaque - 8"x10"This specific fragment came from the engine cowl panel of B 25J 15 N aircraft SN 44 289398. Now known as "Old Glory", 44 28938 rolled off the assembly line in Kansas City, KS on 9 August 1944 and was immediately dispatched to the 12th Army Air Force, 57th Bomb Wing, 310th Bombardment Group, 428th Bombardment Squadron stationed in Italy. She participated in various bombing operations throughout the war and is one of only two remaining B 25 Mitchells
