Cadenhead's Enigma 8 Year Orkney57. 5% ABV 8 year old "Orkney" single malt from an undisclosed distillery (it's Highland Park. SHHHHHH). Aged 8 years in ex Bourbon barrels. Sweet and fruity with notes of ripe bananas, breakfast pastries, and some tropical fruits. A whisper of peat and shockingly easy drinking considering the alcoholic strength. We love the Enigma series from Cadenhead and have yet to be disappointed by a single release under that label. This is no exception.
