Sa peau est mince, vert jauntre avec une joue rouge corail et des lenticelles brunes. Sa chair est blanche. Cest lune des poires les plus tardives. Elle est prte pour la rcolte la fin septembre. La poire est bonne au moment de la rcolte, mais sa saveur et sa texture samliorent avec le temps.
