The cleat folds out of the way when not in use, the husky 3 8" diameter cleat assures strength. The complete unit is T 316 stainless. Fits most symmetric and asymmetric aluminum toe rails. Got this for my dad for Xmas. He’s the pickiest person ever with wallets. He’s had the same one since I was in elementary school.
