We aged our 5 and 6 year old straight rye whiskies in hand selected barrels from South America and Jamaica for an additional 10 months and then blended them back together. The Jamaican rum barrel contributes notes of tropical fruits, balanced by the crisp dryness of the South American barrel a unique combination
