Love that I can use this as my only makeup!

Iāve tried a lot of sunscreens over the years, and this is one of the few mineral sunscreens that I actually enjoy wearing. The CeraVe Hydrating Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 feels much lighter on my skin than most mineral formulas Iāve used. It goes on smoothly, doesnāt feel greasy, and keeps my skin feeling hydrated even when Iām outside in the summer heat.
One of my favorite things about it is the tint. It blends in nicely and gives my skin a natural, healthy appearance instead of leaving a white cast. It also provides a surprisingly decent amount of coverage for a sunscreen, helping to even out my skin tone without looking like Iām wearing makeup.
I also like that it doesnāt leave my skin feeling heavy or suffocated throughout the day. It wears comfortably whether Iām gardening, at the pool, or just spending time outdoors with my family. The ingredients are gentle, and I havenāt had any issues with irritation.
If youāre looking for a lightweight mineral sunscreen that provides good sun protection, a natural-looking tint, and comfortable everyday wear, I would definitely recommend giving this one a try.

Exceptionally nice and light for older skin (with a couple of caveats)

At 75, foundation can be a real challenge, too heavy and it settles into fine lines, looking caked on, and it will make you look way older than you are! I've always leaned toward a natural finish anyway, so when I discovered this tinted moisturizer at such a great price I was super happy! For the most part, it delivers. It has a noticeable luminous finish that reads as "shiny" on my skin, and it won't do much to conceal age spots (though honestly, I'm fully aware, that's not what a tinted moisturizer is designed for.) A dab of concealer handles my brown spots and for the shine, a light dusting of mineral powder does the trick. The SPF is of course, a big bonus. If you're an active outdoors person who wants effortless, natural-looking light coverage without the weight of a foundation, this is it.

Hydrating Tinted Mineral Sunscreen with Great Coverage

I really loved this tinted mineral sunscreen. Besides providing excellent sun protection, it gives the skin a natural and even tone that looks beautiful. The texture is lightweight, hydrating, and doesnāt feel heavy on the skin. It also helps cover small imperfections without looking cakey or artificial. Perfect for everyday use to keep the skin protected and moisturized.

Great product!

Really wish I had found this sooner. We spend a lot of time outdoors for baseball and this is perfect for the hot summers. I put this on with a little blush and it looks better than my foundation and protects my skin. Isnāt greasy like regular sunscreen. Skin isnāt dry after wearing either.

Doesnāt stink, not super thick and minimal white cast

The product is a lot thinner than other sunblocks. VERY creamy! The tint is sheer but itās less sheer than I actually thought. Which is fine bc Iāll use it as more natural makeup in the summer time if I go anywhere. Itās not so much that you can tell either though! My sister who sees me every single day told me my skin looked āvery youthfulā today and didnāt know it was tinted spf. She had smelled my face when I wore another spf and had agreed the other one STUNK so badly but we didnāt smell anything on this one. I am fairly light but I got the medium based on reviews I searched for on tiktok. I figured the white cast would lighten it up somehow but there is NO WHITE CAST! But the color is still fine bc it isnāt chalky like la Roche posay tinted liquid spf. This is very natural! When I applied this product it looked SO SHINY. I almost regretted itā¦. But 20-30 min later (I applied it then immediately drove 15 min to my sisters house) the product had set and it has a much more natural and dewy but not crazy oily finish. I love it so far. I do consider myself to have very sensitive dry/combo skin and am in the process of repairing a damaged skin barrier. This didnāt itch or burn or anything. I did notice it started pulling after rubbing it in so much but I did kinda rush my morning routine this morning. Iāll update if it wasnāt my bad.
Update: itās been 5 hrs since I applied it. Itās definitely not going to be doubling as a moisturizer. I donāt feel like itās dehydrated but itās not moisturizing like other sun screen has been. But maybe just expected it to since itās cerave but itās not marketed as such. But thatās ok with me bc Iām more worried about the SPF part of the product.
Shade: at first I didnāt notice bc I was just indoorsā¦. But it has enough tint for someone to notice the change in skin tone between my face and body so now Iām going to need to order the light one
