Onuris#

I joined for a month now yet I don't have a badge of a pioneer (see the comparison on both of the images below and the user ven7net as an example that just recently joined the community). Though I can see a "Pioneers" text alongside on my profile still the badge is not shown. Is this some kind of bug only, did I miss something the first time I joined here or if ever other member will click my profile page a badge of pioneer shows up?
